NABE CHICAGO’s Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

  • NABE CHICAGO has adopted an independent and disinterested dispute resolution procedure that allows purchasers of event tickets and/or sponsorships to ask for refunds or file complaints. Complaints will be resolved by a third-party mediator (with both parties splitting the $150 mediator fee) and does requires the purchaser to submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Illinois for complaints involving a ticketed event held in Illinois. PLEASE NOTE:

    • Membership payments are not refundable.

    • For a refund for event registration payments, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the event date to receive a refund. If your event cancellation request is made within the allotted period, please email graham@nabechicago.org to start the refund process of your event purchase.

    • No refund is available for event registration payments if cancellations are made less than 15 days prior to the event.

    • No-shows to an event are not eligible for a refund.
